Terms of ServiceWelcome to Scripdr, an online application that simplifies the input, storage and retrieval of story beat sheets. The Scripdr service and network (collectively, "Scripdr" or "the Service") are operated by Bryan Ierardi (collectively, "us", "we" or "the Company"). By accessing or using our web site at www.scripdr.com or the mobile version thereof (together the "Site") or by posting a Share Button on your site, you (the "User") signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement"), whether or not you are a registered member of Scripdr. Changes to Terms of Service - We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service or the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Service or the Site. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes. Data Security - The User understands that, although best practices are used to ensure the security of the data the site's users input into the Scripdr database, we make no guarantees that the data is impervious to data theft. Additionally, although regular and frequent backups of the Scripdr database are made, we make guarantees on database backups and encourage users to frequently make their own backups. Illegal Use is Prohibited - Use of the Service must comply with U.S. and International Law. This includes not using the Service to publish obscene material. Users will be able to flag objectionable content, and all violators' accounts will be deactivated. Collection of Data - Some functions of the site record the IP address of the user for logging and security purposes, such as the submission of comments. |
